What started as a one-man operation from a small office in Acton has grown into a respected independent firm with a team of expert surveyors who collectively bring over 60 years of residential surveying experience. Founder & Director
David founded Acton Surveyors in 2004 after over a decade in residential surveying across London. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of West London property, from Victorian terraces to modern developments, and has personally carried out thousands of surveys across the region. When he's not inspecting roofs, he can usually be found watching Acton Town FC.
Senior Surveyor
James joined the team in 2011 and specialises in Level 3 building surveys and party wall matters. He has extensive experience with pre-purchase surveys, lease extension valuations, and has a particular passion for period properties. James has carried out surveys on some of West London's most beautiful and challenging historic buildings.
Surveyor & Valuer
Sarah joined Acton Surveyors in 2018 and is the team's lead valuer, specialising in RICS Red Book valuations, homebuyer surveys, and residential surveying. She has extensive knowledge of the Ealing and Richmond residential markets and prides herself on producing valuation reports that are accurate, thorough, and clearly explained.
